Apps & Interactive

Kavaleer’s content for apps, e-learning and games has been steadily ramping up since we took on our first major project ‘Destination Reading’ for Riverdeep  in 2006. The program went on to be nominated for a Cody Award and created somewhat of a media flurry after Kavaleer scaled the interactive design team from five to fifty in just two months.  Hiring almost an entire graduating year of animation and interactive design students from DLIADT, the project attracted the attention of the major broadsheets and prompted a ministerial visit to the Digital Hub.

It is perhaps this scalability of workforce and fit for purpose solution focus that has singled Kavaleer out as a preferred vendor for e-learning and games content over the past five years. Kavaleer continues to work closely with HMH on their Destination Math, Fusion Science and Texas Language Arts programs and has been providing San Francisco-based Playfirst Games with content for their hit iPhone /iPad based‘DASH’ games for the past year.

Recently, Kavaleer produced an accessibility game for South Dublin County Council ‘Jobot’s Access All Areas’ which was shortlisted for a Chambers Ireland Excellence in Local Government Award.  We are also working on several exciting new interactive programs including a Dyslexia project for Footbridge Learning.
